THE TRANSFORMATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

Participants must first register by downloading entry form and return via post to P.O Box 2390, Honeydew, 2040. Each entry must be completed with, before photos and body part measurements (in cm’s only), as well as 1st till slip as proof of purchase.

An e mail confirmation and your transformation No. will be sent to all entrants once registrations have been received.

All after photos and completed transformation forms including cm measurements must be submitted once the 12 week transformation challenge has taken place to make firm and confirm initial entry. A final confirmation e-mail will then be sent.

Entrants should be 18 years and older on date of entry.

Entrants may enter more than once after each twelve week transformation has been completed.

Recommendations are that a physician be consulted before beginning a fitness and diet programme.

All employees of P.N.S and immediate family members will not be entitled to enter into the heat transformation challenge.

Only P.N.S products may be utilized in the challenge & all till slips totaling 3 (including the first), must be submitted with completed transformation forms in order to validate entry.

No Performance enhancing Medicine/Chemical/Banned substance may be utilized throughout the duration of the challenge unless certified by a healthcare professional giving valid reasons why they/it is being used.

Failure to comply will result in entry being null and void.

P.N.S reserves the right to ban any entry at their sole discretion for reasons above.

INDEMNITY
Each participant does so entirely at their own risk. P.N.S shall not be held responsible for any harm ,loss, injury of any kind arising out of the use of P.N.S products, info or website etc. P.N.S shall under no circumstances be liable to any participant without limitations as a result of a connection to P.N.S staff, agents, affiliates, representative & or supplier whether foreseen or unforeseen & attributed to any loss direct or indirect or expense of any nature to the use of any info/products from the P.N.S website or elsewhere.

This shall also be deemed an indemnity for P.N.S against 3rd party for any loss or damage/ liability incurred directly or indirectly, foreseen or unforeseen.
All decisions once announced are final .Terms and conditions apply to all prizes won entrants will fall into 2 categories the first being 18-35 yrs the second 36yrs and up. Five finalists from each category .There after only one overall winner will be selected. No prizes are transferable/substituted .All finalists will receive a one year sponsor for supplements as deemed by P.N.S.
