THE P.N.S PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

Our challenge is based on before and after photos as well as body part measurements over a 12 week period. The ten finalists selected will have to maintain their new shape, weight and measurements favourably until the new winner is selected.

The overall winner will be a representative of P.N.S and Heat physique transformation challenge. Please note only P.N.S supplements may be used and proof of purchase must be included. Only open to individuals 18 years or older.

6 SIMPLE STEPS TO A NEW YOU

1. Purchase Heat and simply log onto perfectnutritionsystems.co.za,
   Download the entry form and fill it in.
   
   
2. Take a frontal photo holding a bottle of heat by the lid in your right hand , display label to the front and hold at shoulder height . In your left hand hold a major provincial newspaper down and to your side making sure that the date is legible.
   
   Men must please wear a pair of shorts only. Women to wear either two piece bikini or one piece swimming costume, no jewellery , watches etc, your whole body should be in photo and do not pose. Develop into standard sized photo, then proceed to take body part measurements along the format depicted on the attached physique transformation Challenge leaflet or simply download it from the site.
   
   Post along with down loaded entry form to P.N.S physique transformation challenge: P.O Box 2390, Honeydew, 2040, Gauteng, South Africa.
   
   
3. Let the hard work begin. You have 12 weeks to complete your transformation, be sure to log onto perfectnutritionsystems.co.za for your diet, training and lifestyle tips and also utilize our personal training hotline (3 weeks free with your purchase of HEAT) with any fitness related queries you may have, dial 082 326 54 13,or 0834271218.
   
   
4. Once you have completed your 12 week transformation take your after photo the same way you took the before photos be sure to remove excess hair as it reduces visible definition, proceed to take your body part measurements in exactly the same way
   
   
5. Submit your photo along with a further two till slips as proof of utilizing Heat2 to P.N.S at the same address as above and you will automatically be entered into the challenge.
   
   
6. Maintain your hard work until the finalists are announced as you could be our overall winner!
