Since 16 years I have been into health and fitness and training. At age 30 I fell pregnant. I was weighing 55 kgs and during my pregnancy I put on 14kgs of body fat and held onto a lot of water.

After giving birth I dropped a bit of my weight but struggled to get rid of the stubborn fat that I had accumulated, due to being relaxed during pregnancy and eating more of the wrong things. What can I say HEAT and the P.N.S Cardio and Training system literally saved my life! Six months ago at a routine insurance medical my doctor told me that I was bordering on Diabetes, my blood pressure was through the roof and my cholesterol was approaching dangerous levels, I was a tragic sudden death waiting to happen.
